There is no need to pay inflated "Plumber's rates" for service!
My current rate for a complete inspection as of 2011 is $60
Unlike many other service providers, this rate will cover any necessary cleaning of existing internal components that might affect the operation of the device that would prevent it from passing inspection.
If parts are needed there will be a reasonable fee added for the service and I will make you aware of the total cost before proceeding.
